Professional Retail Services (PRS) began in 2000 from Kathleen Larmour’s home office in Manorville, New York. What started as a family business built on answering the phone, solving problems, and earning trust one call at a time has grown into a nationwide partner for some of America’s top brands.

At our core, we’re still that same close-knit team. We know what it feels like to be the person clients call when they’re in a jam, and we take that responsibility personally. For us, it’s never just about completing a work order, it’s about being dependable in the moments that matter.
