A major big box retailer faced multiple ADA violations across its stores statewide, ranging from parking lot accessibility issues to restroom and sales floor compliance. The retailer needed a partner who could quickly assess, manage, and correct these violations across multiple locations.
Solution
PRS’s Project Services team coordinated with local vendor partners to correct every violation, inside and out. Guided by independent ADA surveys, the team dispatched trades to handle:
Restroom repairs, including door closers, sinks, toilets, and grab bars
Sales counter height adjustments
Entry door modifications for clearance and accessibility
Plumbing, electrical, flooring, and handyman fixes
Fire extinguisher adjustments and new installations
Updated signage and measurements for compliance
Every correction was documented with photos and reviewed by the independent survey company before closeout.
