Kathleen Larmour

Kathleen founded Professional Retail Services (PRS) in 2000 from her home office in Manorville, New York. What began as a family-run business has grown into a national network supporting some of the country’s largest retail brands with facility maintenance and project services. She later launched Retail Security Services (RSS) in 2015 and Retail Mechanical Services (RMS), creating a family of companies built to keep clients’ people, property, and operations running without interruption.

As Chief Operating Officer, Kathleen oversees all three brands with a focus on growth, accountability, and culture. She’s known for blending the urgency and precision of an operator with the empathy of a relationship-driven leader.

Kathleen is most proud of the way the companies give back through donations, charity partnerships, and community drives that support those in need. She’s passionate about family, both her own and the extended one she’s built through her teams. When she isn’t working, she loves to travel and explore new places, with Aruba holding a special place as her favorite getaway.
