Solution

Sawcut, milled, and removed damaged asphalt
Installed DOT-approved hot asphalt mix and compacted for durability
Resurfaced 1,400 square feet to restore smooth transitions
Applied asphalt sealcoat and primer to protect against future wear
Restriped the lot with DOT-approved paint and non-skid additives for storefront safety
Result
