Bianca McNamara

Bianca has been part of RSS, PRS, and RMS in different chapters of her career, first joining in 2019 and rejoining in 2024. A longtime friend introduced her to the facility management and construction world more than 20 years ago, sparking a career that now spans sales and marketing across all three sister brands.

She thrives on challenge. Instead of working for just one company, she chose to help grow all three at once. Bianca loves seeing the companies expand year after year while staying true to their core values. Whether serving major national brands or smaller local clients, she makes sure everyone feels like a priority.

Bianca is especially proud of the standard operating procedures she has developed and the trust she shares with her executive colleagues. Outside of work, she channels her creativity into interior design, hosting friends, and spoiling her four pups. Her guilty pleasure is fashion, with sequins, feathers, and statement pieces filling a closet that’s as bold and colorful as her personality.
