Brianna Molfetto

Brianna came to PRS 12 years ago in search of a career path and has grown through nearly every role in the service department on her way to Director of Operations. With no industry experience when she started, she credits PRS’s welcoming environment and strong training culture for setting her on a path where she could learn, grow, and lead.

Today, Brianna is most proud of the collaborative, supportive environment her team has built, where people can work hard, have fun, and keep striving to be the best versions of themselves. Outside of work, Brianna soaks up time with family and friends, and plenty of live music.
