CorePower Yoga needed a complete studio rebrand in Denver, CO, with just three weeks to get it done. The project required full interior and exterior updates, city permits, and close management to ensure the new studio would be ready to open on schedule.
Solution
PRS assigned its Project Services team to oversee and manage every detail of the rebrand. From coordinating trades and securing permits to daily progress checks and client updates, PRS ensured the project stayed on track. Work included:
Full repainting across studios, lobby, and changing rooms
Cleaning and refinishing floors, mirrors, and surfaces
Lobby remodeling with desk modifications, new graphics, and fixtures
Electrical updates, signage removal, and exterior stucco repair
New accessories, cubbies, shower fixtures, and fire extinguishers installed
