Our Culture

We don't write culture statements. We live them. And if you spend time with us, as a teammate, partner, or client, you'll feel it too.

Who We Are

At PRS, our culture shows up in the everyday moments.

The team lunches that turn into laughter-filled brainstorms, the holiday decorating competitions that get a little too competitive, and the inside jokes that travel from one project call to the next. It shows up in how we celebrate wins big and small, how we check in on each other when life gets hectic, and how we treat partners and clients like part of the family.

We step in when someone needs backup. We answer late-night calls with the same care as midday ones. And we genuinely root for each other’s success. For a company built on fixing what’s broken, you might expect just problem-solvers. What you’ll find here are warm voices, big hearts, and people who care about the work, and even more about one another.

Service that reaches further.

Giving back is part of the rhythm here. It’s shows in the way we celebrate, the way we connect, and the way we support what matters most to our team. Whether we’re walking for a cause or donating supplies before school starts, these efforts are driven from our team’s passion to make a real difference and to help our communities thrive.

PRS is proud to make the Wounded Warrior Project our primary charitable focus, supporting veterans and their families through programs that foster healing, connection, and continued strength.

We’re serious about service, but just as serious about celebrating together.

From birthday bagels in the office to holiday parties, from Friday snack runs to after-hours outings, we make time to laugh, connect, and enjoy each other’s company. It’s not just about food or fun; it’s how we stay close as a team and keep the energy strong for our clients.
