Robert Aguirre

As Executive Financial Consultant for Professional Retail Services (PRS), Retail Security Services (RSS), and Retail Mechanical Services (RMS), Robert Aguirre works with the leadership team on a fractional basis, providing financial insight and guidance across all three sister brands.

Robert brings more than 30 years of experience in finance, including 15 years as CFO of a Long Island technology integrator. During his time there, he helped guide the company through its successful sale to a larger firm and later led the financial integration of the two organizations. That experience was followed by Robert’s decision to launch his own practice as a fractional CFO, where he could bring his financial expertise to businesses navigating growth and change.

Robert was introduced to PRS, RSS, and RMS through a mutual relationship at a Long Island CPA firm. After getting to know the leadership team, he was drawn to the culture and the companies' clear desire for excellence. A lifelong learner himself, Robert shares that commitment to continuous improvement.

Outside of work, Robert is most proud of his two daughters and the intelligent, compassionate young adults they have become. He enjoys reading, hiking, and watching Netflix crime series with his wife. His guilty pleasure is settling in to watch an entire baseball, football, or basketball game from start to finish.
