Closely monitoring these standards is crucial to successfully providing customers with accurate reporting, business insights, forecasting, and cost effective solutions. PRS takes its customer partnerships very seriously and always strives to have its programs operate smarter, leaner, and efficient.
Preventative Maintenance Programs: PRS’ maintenance programs are customized to meet the client/brand’s specific needs. PRS believes that pairing the appropriate technician to client is incredibly important; this allows the technicians to get familiarized with the location, management, employees, location nuances and expectations. This step cuts down on extra trip charges, reactive calls, and keeps the locations looking pristine at all times.
Emergency Service: Between 2 – 4 hour response time for emergency service.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Reporting: PRS has the capability to provide and review KPI reports for/with their clients. This report is also utilized internally by PRS associates to review for performance and optimization opportunities. The ultimate goal is to be consistently proactive and exceed customer expectations.
Recurring Issue Alert: PRS utilizes software with a built-in notification feature that highlights recurring issues per location. This allows PRS to be proactive in providing proper longer lasting solutions, not the “band-aid effect” for its clientele.
