We specialize in facility maintenance, HVAC/R, and security guard services nationally. We’re seeking a Creative Marketing Specialist who can take our brands and creative efforts to the next level.

Responsibilities: As a Creative Marketing Specialist, you will work with our Creative Lead and Director of Marketing and play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s visual identity and messaging.  You will report directly to the Creative Lead.  Your responsibilities will include:

  • HTML Mastery: Collaborate with our development team to create seamless and responsive web experiences by leveraging your HTML skills.
  • Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand voice and objectives. Content research ability and Creative writing skills are a MUST. Previous industry experience is helpful but not necessary.
  • Sales Collateral: Design persuasive sell sheets, brochures, presentations, and other collateral to support our sales and marketing efforts.
  • RFPs (Request for Proposals): Lead the creation of visually engaging and compelling RFP responses that effectively communicate our capabilities and value proposition.
  • SEO Conduct keyword research to identify high-potential, targeted keywords.

Develop and implement on-page optimization strategies, including meta data, content adjustments, and internal linking.

Monitor and analyze website analytics to gauge the effectiveness of SEO strategies and make necessary adjustments.

Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends and best practices.

Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure content is optimized for search engines and user experience.

Implement link-building strategies to enhance off-page optimization.

Provide recommendations for site architecture improvements to ensure optimal search engine friendliness.

Implement and monitor technical SEO initiatives such as link building campaigns, site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and XML sitemaps.

Produce regular SEO performance reports and present findings to the management team.

Troubleshoot and rectify any SEO performance issues.

  • Content Creation: Write high-quality, original blog posts on topics related to facility maintenance, HVAC/R and security.

Research: Conduct thorough research to ensure content accuracy, relevancy, and timeliness.

Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to align content with company goals and promotional strategies.

SEO Best Practices: Implement SEO strategies to optimize content for search engines, enhancing visibility and reach.

Engagement: Monitor comments and feedback on blog posts to engage with our readership and gather insights for future content.

Content Updates: Periodically review and update older blog posts to ensure relevancy and accuracy.

  • WordPress

Website Design: Create visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive website designs tailored to brand specifications.

Custom Themes: Design, execute and develop custom WordPress themes, ensuring they’re compliant with the latest web standards and best practices.

Plugin Integration: Integrate and customize plugins to enhance website functionality.

Performance Optimization: Ensure designed webpages are optimized for speed and responsiveness.

Testing: Review and test designs across various browsers and devices to ensure compatibility.

Feedback Incorporation: Work with executive leadership and internal teams to gather feedback and make necessary design revisions.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends in web design and WordPress developments.

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a marketing specialist or in a similar creative role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in print, web design, social media, content writing, WordPress implementation, HTML coding, and overall content strategy.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and team skills.
  • Experience in creating persuasive sales collateral and responding to RFPs is a plus.
